Refund and cancellation policy.
Users may cancel a paid Gooo subscription at any time. Access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless there is abuse, fraud or a violation of the Terms of Service.
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Refunds may be considered where there is duplicate billing, failed provisioning, confirmed technical service failure, or an incorrect charge.
Refunds are not generally provided for normal usage after a paid plan has been accessed, unused message allocation, or failure to cancel before renewal.
