1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, account profile, plan, subscription status, support requests, usage events, dataset selections, AI prompts, AI responses, guardrail events, audit evidence and payment references.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to provide the Gooo service, authenticate users, enforce plan limits, process billing, improve safety, respond to support requests and keep audit evidence of important AI interactions.

3. AI prompts and outputs

AI prompts and responses may be stored so that users can view history, usage and evidence. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information or sensitive data unless they are authorized to do so.

4. Provider keys

Bring-your-own provider keys are encrypted server-side before storage. Plain provider keys must never be stored in browser local storage or exposed to the public frontend.

5. Payments

Payment status and provider references are stored to confirm paid access. Card or payment instrument details are handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by Gooo.

6. Sharing

We may use trusted infrastructure, database, payment and AI model providers to operate the product. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal information by contacting hello@gooo.co.za.

8. Security

We use account authentication, backend-only service keys, row-level security, encryption for provider keys and audit logs for sensitive admin actions.
